501(c)(3) non-profit that is dedicated to serve, protect, and increase all hazards emergency preparedness of the most isolated inhabited U.S. territory (nearly 8000 miles from Washington, D.C.), the Chamoru American Mariana islands. Inspired and in Honor of our founders Great-Grandfather Medal of Honor promised GCP member Francisco “Kiko” Jesus Cruz and all of the Guam Combat Patrol.

This statue is located at the Ricardo J. Bordallo Governor’s Complex on Guam and in honor of the Guam Combat Patrol. Francisco Jesus Cruz (The one pointing and one of the 16 original GCP members) surrounded by U.S. Marines.
